Bit of a weird one this and to be honest its a little embarrassing how i found out and learnt about kegel exercises for men,but it is like this,i have a bit of a weak bladder,now not to the point where there are any accidents or anything like that and sometimes i can go for hours without needing to go but say I’m at a bar i can have a couple of beers then i will need to go for a wee and then literally i can be back 10 minutes and need to go again,now this is fine in a bar but when you are at a concert for example it can be quite annoying to consistently be queuing up for the restroom and missing lots of bands etc,so i decided to do something about it,i went to the doctor and explained to him how this was a little inconvenient and was there anything i could do about it and why was it happening as i don’t seem to remember having this issue when i was younger.He explained to me that the problem was that i had a weak pubococcygeus muscle and that i simply needed to strengthen it and that would alleviate the problem,he also let me know that it was called kegel after the man who discovered it,he let me know how to do kegel exercises for men that could help me with strengthening it,not only that but when i got home i did some research myself and found that it also helps with lasting longer in the bedroom which lets face it all us men could do with some help on.So they are just two of the benefits of kegel exercises for men,so the best kegel exercises for men are quite simple all you have to do is simply squeeze that muscle and hold for 10-20 seconds,if you cant feel it very well then the best way i found to do this was to stop the flow once i had begun to urinate,once i had stopped the flow i then held it for 10 seconds and released,i did this every time i urinated and after a while you can feel it begin to make a difference,i was told that it would take possible 3-6 months of doing this before it would make a huge difference.So that is how to do kegel exercises for men.That is all there is to it,There are also pelvic floor exercises that you can do that are very similar to the ones that women do as well to further help.Good luck and may you only pee when full!!!
